Kim Tice
Coaching calls are facilitated by Kim Tice, CEO and Founder of the Serving Leader Center, a certified Serving Leader trainer, and former Executive Director of Ohio AEYC. Kim brings decades of experience across child care, Early Head Start, Head Start, family child care, and nonprofit leadership.
Kim is known for creating a space that feels both thoughtful and real. Her style is down-to-earth, practical, and grounded in trust, with room for humor and honest reflection.
